Perfect Udder Pasteurizer 10G

The Perfect Udder® Combi Pasteurizer 10G is excellent for pasteurizing or warming colostrum for your newborn animals.

The machine features a stainless steel tank with a 37-liter (10G) capacity, which is easy to seal using a large lid at the top.
At the bottom is a stainless steel drain valve that allows you to easily dispense colostrum or milk into colostrum bags, bottles, or buckets.
This stainless steel valve is easily detachable for proper cleaning.

Colostrum pasteurization is controlled by an integrated computer with an operating system.
The system will maintain the correct values and times at all times to ensure scientifically proven results.
During the correctly determined time, the product is continuously stirred and heated simultaneously. The machine will automatically heat or cool the colostrum or milk to the desired temperature.

Biosecurity in the dairy market will be significantly improved through milk pasteurization.
The threat of spreading pathogenic bacteria and viruses through colostrum or milk is eliminated by pasteurization.

The Perfect Udder® Combi Pasteurizer 10G will kill the following target pathogens while protecting immunoglobulin G (IgG):

• Mycoplasma
