The DairyTech Inc.® Perfect Udder® Combi Pasteurizer Adda 30G is a fully automated, 30-gallon colostrum and whole milk pasteurizer. The processing of the milk or colostrum is achieved using an advanced set of control systems. These maintain the correct temperatures and times to guarantee scientifically proven results. During the correctly determined time, the product is continuously stirred and heated simultaneously. The machine will automatically cool the colostrum or milk to the desired temperature.

The Perfect Udder® Combi Pasteurizer Adda 30G can heat, cool, and/or pasteurize up to eight (8) 4 Liter Perfect Udder® bags.

Biosecurity in the dairy market is significantly improved through pasteurization. The threat of spreading pathogenic bacteria and viruses via colostrum or milk is eliminated.

The Perfect Udder® Combi Pasteurizer 30G will kill the following target pathogens while protecting the immunoglobulin G (IgG):

• Mycobacterium avium subsp. Paratuberculosis (Johne’s)
• Salmonella spp.
• Listeria monocytogenes
• Escherichia coli
• Campylobacter spp.
• Staphylococcus aureus
